🫏 Host a Donkey Hoof Trimming Clinic with Megan Hensley

📍 Host Requirements & Details

• Be enrolled in the Donkey Hooves & Health Academy
  
  
• Provide a covered, firm-surface area (40' x 60' min – no deep sand)
  
  
• Have a paneled holding area for 6–10 donkeys
  
  
• Provide electricity and a Smart TV or Large Screen with Airplay
  
  
• Supply chairs for up to 30 attendees
  
  
• Ensure access to restrooms and parking
  
  
• Be able to provide or coordinate 6–10 donkeys for demos/trimming
  
  
• Be willing to invite a local veterinarian (highly encouraged)
  
  

 Clinic Format

• 2-day, hands-on hoof trimming event (optional: 3rd day)
• $600 per participant -10 spots total (9 paid + 1 reserved for you as the host)
• $400 per Auditor - 20 auditor spots total
• Participants bring their own tools and protective gear
• No filming is allowed

   

 Host Compensation

• 1 free participant spot
• 10% of gross clinic sales
• 1 free spot reserved for a veterinarian

Rehab Day Add-On (Optional 3rd Clinic Day)

If the host and participants have donkeys needing specialized support — like laminitis cases, 3D Squish Pad applications, white line rehab, or long-term distortion/overgrowth — I offer the option to add a third day to the clinic focused entirely on rehab and consulting.

This is deep, intentional work. I bring everything I’ve got — time, tools, products, experience — We get those feet the help they need. **Veterinarian needed for sedation or Dormosedan Gel prescribed

• Flat Fee: $2,000 - (how that’s divided among owners, auditors, or sponsors is up to the host)
  
• Includes up to 4 donkeys maximum.
  
  

If you’re interested in booking a Rehab Day, please let me know during the clinic application process so we can plan accordingly. Additional details about each donkey will be required later.

Private Sessions (Before or After the Clinic)

If you’re attending the clinic — or if you’re local to the host site — you may be able to book a private trim, consult, or rehab session with me before or after the main clinic days.

These sessions are extremely limited and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
